Nestled unassumingly amidst all the big-name blockbusters and Oscar-wannabes of last year was a quiet film with a miniscule budget that went largely unnoticed; a film that didn’t need a big budget to tell its intensely real and relatable story. That film was Quinceanera, the debut from writer/directors Richard Glatzer and Wash Westmoreland.
