itickets partners with cornerstone festival TO present latest ticketing technology

Lancaster, PA (May 22, 2007) - Partnering together for over 10 years to provide superior ticketing options, Cornerstone Festival and iTickets.com have joined forces to once again debut new ticketing technology, the iTickets Box Office, a full-service box office solution software product.

“Cornerstone was one of the first festivals iTickets ever ticketed and I am very pleased that we have been able to grow our relationship with them throughout the years,” says Brian Smith, director of operations for iTickets.com.

Starting out a decade ago by first listing the Festival on the iTickets site and then selling tickets for the event, Cornerstone was the first large festival to sign on to use Print-at-Home scannable tickets in 2006 and this year they are the first to jump on board with the iTickets Box Office.

“In all three of these moves, iTickets has provided helpful, reliable and competent support,” explains Cornerstone festival director, John Herrin. “The services they offer have always been a giant step forward in providing our customers with reliable online ticketing and we are pleased to be on board with them once again in leading the way with the new iTickets Box Office.”

The iTickets Box Office is a full-service online box office, allowing promoters to log into their personalized account to sell tickets, look up customers and orders, print invoices and run reports, all from one easy-to-use web based interface.

Smith explains further, “I am very excited about our new online boxoffice. This new software will allow promoters the ability to manage their ticket sales using the latest technology and resources iTickets has to offer, without the high costs of developing their own system.”

iTickets.com, the undisputed leader for Christian event and concert information and for online ticket sales, is the top ranked site for Christian event, concert and conference information, selling tickets to over 1500 concerts and events per year, including Festivals such as Creation, Kingdom Bound and Cornerstone as well as Teen Mania’s Acquire the Fire events. Through a free membership to the site, consumers can receive information personalized to their own preferences and specific to their local region. The site has 400,000 visitors monthly.
