The metal heads from Elizabethton, Tennessee are back with their third album and first release on that grandaddy of christian metal labels, Solid State Records. It’s good to see these guys get a deal with Solid State who can really give them more exposure. With help from producer Jeremiah Scott (guitarist for Nashville metal outfit Destroy Destroy Destroy), the guys bring what I call “roid rage metal”.  Its fast, brutal, heavy and nasty.  In other words - fun as all get out.  It starts with a cool intro and only slows down for one song “(Cerberus) The Hellhound Awaits”.  What is amazing is that the album doesn’t sound anything like their last two albums.  These guys are always exploring new sounds with their metal and I think they might have found a niche here.  The only real complaint is that all the time changes, endless lyrics, and breakdowns seem to be overkill.  It’s like the guys had ADD in the studio and wanted to throw everything against the wall and see what stuck.  They could of simplified things a little and still would of had killer metal. Anyways, if you like metal, love to mosh and throw your fist in the air and chant, then you will love this album.
